💻 How to Apply ONLINE — Assistant Chief & Steno Typist

Step 1: Create your account

Go to etsdatacell.com, click Sign Up and register with your CNIC, email and password. Then complete your profile (personal details, education, experience).

Step 2: Apply for your post

Open the NCSW project, click Apply Now for your post and submit. After submission your data is locked and cannot be changed — check everything first.

Step 3: Pay the fee

Print your application form and challan, and deposit the fee at any MCB Bank branch (or online):

Step 4: Send the hard copy

Send the printed form, bank-stamped challan (ETS copy) and attested copies of CNIC, degrees and experience certificates in an A4 envelope to the ETS address given below.

Test cities: Islamabad, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Karachi, Hyderabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad.

✉️ How to Apply BY POST — Driver & Naib Qasid

No online account is needed. Just follow these 5 simple steps:

1️⃣ Get the form

Download the Application Form and print all 4 pages on A4 paper. You can print it from any computer / photocopy shop.

2️⃣ Pay Rs. 1,000 at MCB Bank

Take page 4 (challan / deposit slip) to any MCB Bank branch and deposit Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) in this account:

Make sure the bank puts its stamp and signature on the slip. Keep the Candidate Copy with you.

3️⃣ Fill the form

Write in CAPITAL letters. Do not leave any box empty. Paste your photo on page 1 and staple your photo on page 2. Tick only one post. If you cannot fill it yourself, ask a family member to help — but check that your CNIC number and date of birth are correct.

4️⃣ Put these papers in the envelope

• ☑ Filled application form (pages 1, 2 and 3)
• ☑ Original ETS Copy of the bank slip (stamped)
• ☑ 3 recent passport-size photos (blue background)
• ☑ Copy of your CNIC
• ☑ Attested copies of your school certificates (Primary / Middle)
• ☑ Copy of domicile certificate
• ☑ Driver only: copy of valid driving license

5️⃣ Send by post / courier

Use an A4-size envelope (do not fold papers). Write the post name on the envelope, e.g. "Application for Naib Qasid — NCSW", and send it to the ETS address below. Hand delivery is not accepted. The envelope must reach us by 12th October 2026, so post it early.

Test city: Islamabad.

ڈرائیور اور نائب قاصد کے لیے آسان طریقہ (اردو)

1. اوپر دیے گئے بٹن سے درخواست فارم ڈاؤن لوڈ کر کے پرنٹ کروائیں۔
2. کسی بھی MCB بینک میں 1000 روپے فیس جمع کروائیں اور چالان پر بینک کی مہر لگوائیں۔
3. فارم انگریزی کے بڑے حروف میں مکمل بھریں، کوئی خانہ خالی نہ چھوڑیں، اور تصویر لگائیں۔
4. فارم کے ساتھ بینک چالان (ETS کاپی)، شناختی کارڈ کی کاپی، تعلیمی اسناد کی تصدیق شدہ کاپیاں، ڈومیسائل کی کاپی اور 3 تصاویر لگائیں۔ ڈرائیور ڈرائیونگ لائسنس کی کاپی بھی لگائیں۔
5. سب کاغذات A4 لفافے میں ڈال کر ڈاک یا کوریئر کے ذریعے نیچے دیے گئے پتے پر بھیجیں۔ دستی جمع نہیں ہوگا۔
6. آخری تاریخ: 12 اکتوبر 2026 — اس تاریخ تک لفافہ ہمارے دفتر پہنچ جانا چاہیے۔

• Give your own mobile number. Do not give a ported / converted number, or you may not receive the SMS.
• Roll No. Slips will be informed through SMS. Test date, time and venue will be on the Roll No. Slip. No call letter will be sent by post.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA.
• Bring your original documents at the time of interview.
• Government employees must apply through proper channel.
• Fake or wrong information will lead to cancellation and legal action.
• Age is counted up to the closing date. Age relaxation as per government policy.
• Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
